A tradition
English football became a tradition in Sweden after Lars-Gunnar Björklund had to abandon the program idea about English fox hunting in 1967 and realized that English football matches instead could be shown on Swedish TV on Saturdays. Since then, we have been eagerly awaiting the summers to pass quickly so that we can experience the tradition we have around the the Premier League start – to sit down and resume the betting routines when English football kicks off again.
From crackling radio back in 1934 to high-definition 89 years later
Stryktipset has been around for ages. In this campaign we portrayed all years Stryktipset has been central next to the football in every Swedish home.
