Christmas Carol Commentary

Christmas Carol Commentary

A Christmas campaign for  STRYKTIPSET

The Idea

Apparently all family members aren’t as keen on dedicating Boxing Day afternoon to watching football. Apparently it doesn’t fit with their idea of Christmas spirit. So, to help Stryktipset betters follow the football and their bets, without jeopardizing the Christmas peace at home, we launched Christmas Carol Commentators.

To the tune of classic Christmas carols, famous singers David Lindgren and Andreas Weise commentated all the games live – while singing. Everything was broadcasted live on Sweden’s biggest radio network RadioPlay.

The Broadcast

In addition to singing the events of the games, the singers performed songs with lyrics about game statistics, the standings on the betting coupon and player’s performances – just like classic commentators do.
