Grand Slam to Perfect Fools for Lincoln

Perfect Fools pulled off a web grand slam today, when our production Lincoln: Reach Higher for Wunderman – Team Detroit earned both Adobe Site of the Day and Favourite Website Awards Site of the Day – on the same day!

Bronze at Eurobest

The Saab Pilots Wanted online campaign, produced by Perfect Fools for Lowe Tesch, picked up a bronze in the Interactive category at this year’s Eurobest European Awards for Creative Excellence.

Curtis Lebron + Fredrik Heghammar + PF = true

Perfect Fools is proud to announce the addition of two major talents to our team.

Curtis Lebron (aka Curtis Nishimura) has previously worked as Head of New Media at Benetton’s creative think tank Fabrica in Treviso, Italy. He joins us most recently from Odopod in San Francisco, where he was Senior Designer.

Fredrik Heghammar returns to Perfect Fools after a stint at Garbergs, where he was Web Director.

Curtis joins us as an AD, while Fredrik will now be Senior Project Leader and Head of Production. Welcome and welcome back respectively!

PF sponsors Se7en Summits expedition

They’re two wild and crazy Swedes: Martin Letzter and Olof Sundström have made it their mission to be the first in the world to climb and then ski down the highest mountains on each of the seven continents – the so-called Seven Summits.

So far they’ve successfully completed Elbrus (Europe), Denali (North America), Aconcagua (South America), Kosciuszko (Australia), Kilimanjaro (Africa) and Everest (Asia). Now they’re off to Antarctica, to the world’s most remote peak, Mt. Vinson, to wrap up the project.

David joins Perfect Fools

Perfect Fools’ newest member is technologist David Genelid. David is one of those rare talents who totally rules the intersection between Adobe Flash and advanced, back-end server technologies. He joins PF after working freelance, from his own company Spenat, on a string of awesome productions this last spring.

Flashforward Austin

It’s soon Flashforward time again. For the 16th version of the venerable conference the folks at Lynda.com are tucking in to Austin, Texas.

Perfect Fools has contributed with two Flash Film Festival judges (Tony and Patrick), as well as one festival finalist (Saab Aero X, Navigation).

… and at Cannes!

The Samsung SGH-D600 Mystery picks up a nod at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, also known as “the World Cup of Advertising”.

The D600 Mystery is shortlisted in the Cyber Lions Consumer Products & Services category. Congrats again to all those who helped this innovative campaign see the light of day, including the project teams at PF and JWT, and most of all our awesome client Samsung.
