Fools’ Eve: the aftermath

That fresh feeling.

Last night PF celebrated our 8th birthday with an all-out attempt to destroy our brand new office. And we came close to succeeding. Thanks to everyone who joined us for making it a party of epic dimensions. We love you, man! Now if only the room would just stop spinning for a minute …

Introducing stndrd.org

Stndrd.org

We’re happy to tell that today Acne, B-Reel, North Kingdom, Perfect Fools and Unit9 together took another step towards making life easier for digital producers on agencies and production companies. How? By adding a boiler plate master service agreement to stndrd.org, the open source approach to digital creative production.

In the spirit of Swedish collectiveness we have used united experiences and best practices to put together a basic MSA – Master Service Agreement – to be used as is, or paragraph by paragraph to add to a conflicting contract. Or to be used as a boiler plate to add to.

Basic thought is, as for stndrd.org in general, to make processes between vendors and clients in the digital world easier by building de facto standards in an open source environment.

The 6 page contract and easy-reader notes are easily accessible at http://www.stndrd.org.

Perfect Fools welcomes spring in new Stockholm office

Perfect Fools' Stockholm office

Our office of two years on Kungsgatan 27 has served us well, but now it’s time to take the next step! Today we more than doubled our space to make room for more people, photo- and sound studios, a technology lab corner and more when moving into our new Stockholm office on Erik Dahlbergsgatan (once known as Cinema Paraden).

We know we’ll be very happy in our new home, and we think you will be too.
Welcome to visit us on Erik Dahlbergsgatan 19.

PF trades Queen for King

It might look like a small step on the map, right around the corner in fact. But for us it was a big leap.

We loved our old Stockholm office on Drottninggatan (Queen Street). But after 2 years there we just plain didn’t fit any more. So this weekend we finally moved into bigger digs on Kungsgatan (King’s Street). Kungsgatan 27, to be exact. More space, more meeting rooms — and yes we’re not too proud to admit our joy at this detail — more bathrooms :)

The overall verdict so far? Change is good!
